The Standard-Distance Triathlon Log
A 16-week block for the 1500 m swim, 40 km bike and 10 km run, laid out like the half-distance log and scaled for standard-distance training.

Triathlon log
A 20-week training log for your middle-distance race.
Twenty weeks with the shape of the block already in place: loading weeks, lighter weeks, a taper and race week. Each week carries a plan page, daily entries with room for a morning and an afternoon session, and a review that sets what you planned against what you did.
This log is for everything around the numbers: how the session felt, what you ate, how you slept, and what you would change next week.
What's inside
This log holds a plan rather than supplying one. The sessions come from your coach, a published plan or your own experience, and the pages here are built to record them, test them against what you actually did, and adjust.
It is undated, so the block starts whenever your race does. Write in your own dates and work backwards from race day.
